ABOUT FULL TRUCKLOAD AND BULK SHIPMENTS


Shipping your full truck or bulk shipment via ufs is easy if you know just a couple of "tricks" that will save you time and confusion. As you know we pick up at every mill every day on our local trailers. We don't want your full truck shipment to be loaded on our local trailers; we want the line haul truck that is coming to you to pick your shipment up directly at the mill. In order to do this, your shipment must be routed properly.

IMPORTANT: All Bulk and truckload pickups must be emailed. As soon as you know when your shipment will be ready, email us at pickup@ufs.net. If you do not have email call our customer care department, 602-256-9470, extension 2, and they will email the instructions for you. You will need to email a reference number for your shipment.


Special Truckload and Bulk rates cannot be honored unless these instructions are followed.
